Are Cats Smarter Than Dogs?

Recent studies conclude dogs are smarter. At least US tax dollars didn't pay for this study,

Next, we'll do the experiment on high school seniors, if we can wake them up.

    Wait I thought that AP tests already were an objective measurement of intelligence.

    I think we should do a study on willingness to learn between dogs and high school seniors. I'd put my money on the dogs.

    I'm not taking that bet. Even cats are probably more willing to learn.
